FREE SWEETS!!


It's almost time for the 2nd Ever Swindon Festival of Poetry. Hurrray! Big drums and noises! Do you know what this means?!

 Mrs O wasn't completely sure, so she took herself, a baby and a slug down to the launch of the festival. They went to see people....


...like festival organiser Hilda. Not only does she know about poems, she knows about pottery dogs!

They also went to eat free sweets....



....Aim achieved! They got to hear actual poems. Here's one... 


There Are Holes In The Sky


There are holes in the sky
Where the rain gets in
But they're ever so small
